Thanksgiving Thankful or Grateful

Grateful or Thankful?

Everyday I wake up I’m thankful. It may sound silly, but in a world full of chaos and what I call “crazy”, I am indeed thankful.

I started to ponder the difference between grateful and thankful. The Oxford Dictionary defines the word grateful as “showing an appreciation of kindness”. This is where the difference lies; being thankful is a feeling and being grateful is an action.

During the Holiday Season, I’ve seen lots of companies say they are “thankful” for me or “us” as a customer base. I’m not sure Amazon is actually thankful for me. They know what I buy, yes, and they can show me companion products that may be of interest to me, but they don’t know me.

All of this really got me thinking… do we know our customers? I believe we do. So many of you write us handwritten cards and letters thanking us for our products, our service, and maybe even for having discounts or sales at an unexpected time. Our hearts are full, and they sing when we hear from you. We feel your sadness when we discontinue a product. We’ve had moms tell us their babies grew up using our Cocoon Baby line (now retired) and have had people share stories of their dogs jumping in the tub with their children using our bath bombs only to come out smelling amazing! Lots of funny and joy filled stories about you, our customers.

On behalf of our Enfusia and Muscle Rehab teams, I’d like to say we are grateful, yes. Thankful and grateful. To show our gratitude please accept this discount code: Debra21 to use for 50% off your order. Valid through November 23, 2021

Have a happy & blessed Thanksgiving!
